Thank you for shopping with Season and Soul. Below is our Shipping Policy, which outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, as well as important limitations of liability.


1. Order Processing

All items are made to order. Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • High carrier volume

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing (for international orders)


2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping times at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary.

Season and Soul does not guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.


3. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

We are not responsible for tracking inaccuracies or delays in carrier updates.


4. Incorrect Address Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs. All sales are final, and refunds are not issued for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Season and Soul is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Packages lost after delivery

  • Theft from delivery locations


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If the problem is due to our error, we will replace the item at no cost.


7. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Season and Soul is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier issues.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Season and Soul is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Carrier errors or negligence

  • Customs delays or fees

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Our responsibility is limited solely to orders that are defective or incorrect due to our error.
